Product Description

The Microcomputer-Controlled horizontal autoclave machine provides safe and efficient sterilization for medical instruments, dressings, glassware, and laboratory materials. It features fully automatic operation, precise temperature and pressure control, built-in drying function, automatic overpressure protection, water shortage alarm, and a safety door interlock system. An integrated printer ensures reliable cycle documentation and traceability. Ideal for hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.


Main features

● Automatically controlled the sterilizing process, easy to operate.

● With drying function, suitable for medical dressing drying.

● With over-temperature, over-pressure auto-protect.

● The door can not be opened until the pressure in the chamber is reduced to 0.027MPa. And the unit can not be started if the door doesn't close well.

● The safety valve will be open automatically when the inner pressure is over 0.24MPa and the steam would be exhausted in the water tank.

● Automatically cut off the power if the water leak happens, and alarm in the meanwhile.

● The chamber of the sterilizer is made of stainless steel.
